Our Core Beliefs

The Bible

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. We believe that the Bible is complete and without error. We believe the Bible to be the final authority in how we live our lives as believers.

Jesus

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, the ultimate sacrifice for the sins of man. We believe that a relationship with Jesus Christ is the only way to eternal life. We believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, crucified, buried, and rose from the dead, and now sits at the right hand of God. We believe that He will one day return to establish his Kingdom and receive those who have accepted the gift of salvation.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the confirmation of our relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit is part of the trinity and guides believers to truth to honor God. We believe the Holy Spirit convicts sinners and guides people to a relationship with Jesus Christ. Furthermore, we believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit following our salvation experience.

Eternity

We believe that man was created as an eternal being. We believe that man will spend eternity with God, through salvation, or eternally separated from God through sin. We believe that through faith and salvation we will spend eternity in heaven in constant relationship with Jesus Christ.

Salvation

We believe that Salvation only comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus was sacrificed as a sinless man to provide eternal salvation for all believers. We believe that salvation is a gift from God. We believe that salvation cannot be earned through our own attempts.

The Church

We believe that the church is a group of believers unified through their faith in Christ. We believe that the church is not just a building, but a body of believers that stand together to pursue the mission of sharing the Gospel of Jesus.

Marriage

We believe that marriage was the first institution created by God. The Bible tells us God ordains marriage and we believe that marriage is classified as a relationship between one man and one woman.
